Online orders will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex, based on the customer's choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Yes! As a Veteran myself I understand our Military Members needs. Large parcel/freight is unavailable to FPO/AP addresses.
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary. Although we do stock most products through our warehouses, there are some specialty items that are made to order such as some of the Bumpers, but I will always contact you for expected ship dates and arrival.
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product. We have always been very flexible concerning returns as it is our policy to not stick customers with products they do not want or change their mind on. Items must be brand new as it was shipped and not used for mock up, installed or likewise. Special order items are non-returnable as they are made to order.
Most products are not charged a restocking fee, this excludes special order items or made to order items.
